Bare Bones Tour

Your ticket includes a tour of this fabulous home prior to any designer updates! This “Bare Bones” tour will allow full access to the house and grounds. Your ticket includes complimentary appetizers and wine! Shuttle service will be available for this event.

Tickets available at richmondsymphonyleague.org or at the ticket booth located at the front of the House.

All sales are final, no refunds.

"Springtime Sonata" Opening Gala

Friday, April 10, 2026

$300 per ticket

​

This RSL hosted event will include an outdoor cocktail party under the big tent, music by the John Winn Quintet and a preview of the house. Complimentary parking and shuttle service provided.

 

Tickets may be purchased online at richmondsymphonyleague.org from February 15 until March 27.

 

RSL members may purchase tickets early starting February 1.​

Daily House Tours

April 14 - May 10, 2026

​

$45 per ticket 

 

Visitors will be able to enjoy a leisurely house tour, lunch in the café and shop the boutique.​​

​

 Individual tickets may be purchased online at richmondsymphonyleague.org or at the ticket booth located at the front of the House. All sales are final, no refunds.

 

No door tickets will be sold after 3:00 PM

Groups of ten or more are eligible for a discount of $5 per ticket.

Tickets for the House Tours and  Bare Bones can be purchased online at by credit card only. You will receive two email confirmations – one for the ticket and the second for completion of your credit card purchase. If you don’t receive a second confirmation, then your credit card purchase is not complete. Present your credit card confirmation when checking in at the Ticket Booth. No tickets will be emailed or mailed. All sales are final.

Every Friday the house will stay open until 7 PM.

After Hours Entertainment

Join us for after-hours entertainment for an affordable, memorable opportunity to entertain clients, employees and special groups. You will entertain your guests in our big tent with small group house tours by our house guides. Tuesday through Thursday, 5:30 - 7:30 PM.

First Look Tour

Monday, April 13th - 10:30 AM

 

Be among the first to tour the 2026 RSL Designer Show House. Join Susan Morgan, the managing editor of R•Home magazine, for an exclusive look at the house and grounds before it opens to the public on Tuesday, April 14. Tour the show house, featuring the work of 21 local design professionals, who will join the tour participants for lunch

following the tour. Limited to 30 participants.

$75 per person

Symphonic Design: What’s Trending?

House Tours and Panel Discussions: Interior Inspirations

Sunday, May 3rd - 10 AM to NOON

 

Experience the 2026 RSL Designer Show House on an exclusive Sunday morning tour with Susan Morgan, the managing editor of R•Home magazine followed by a discussion with a panel of four Show House decorators. Learn about the current trends in interior design that influenced their creative visions for the house. The discussion continues afterwards, when the decorators join the guests for mimosas and refreshments. Limited to 30 participants.

Plein Air Retreats

Sunday, April 26th - 10 AM to NOON

 

Explore the 2026 RSL Designer Show House from a new perspective on an exclusive Sunday morning tour of the house and a special look at the outdoor living spaces and landscape design. Join Susan Morgan, the managing editor of R•Home magazine followed by a discussion about the trends influencing landscapes and outdoor living

space design today in general, and those that influenced their creative visions for the Show House. The discussion continues afterwards, when the decorators join the guests for mimosas and refreshments.

Limited to 30 participants.

$75 per person

Designer Show House Boutique

Be sure to stop by the boutique where local artisans sell items like clothing, jewelry, accessories, home goods, stationery, crafts and more! This is a unique shopping experience you won’t want to miss!

 

The Boutique will be open to the public during these hours:

Designer Show House Raffle

Many local businesses and each 2026 Designer Show House decorator have generously contributed items for our raffle. Tickets will be sold at the Designer Show House for $5 each, 3 tickets for $10 or 7 tickets for $20.

 

Online Raffle Tickets:

Raffle tickets of 7 for $20 can be purchased online at richmondsymphonyleague.org. Your name and contact information will be added to each ticket and entered for the blind drawing done on May 14th after the House closes. All sales are final, no refunds.

 

The drawing will take place at the conclusion of the Show House and you do not need to be present to win.

Raffle items may be picked up at the Show House the week of May 11 through May 22.

​House Rules
 
​THERE IS NO PARKING ALLOWED ON-SITE.

Parking will be available in Bellona Arsenal Farms, 3816 Old Gun Road West, Midlothian Va. 23113. Please follow Show House signage toward Bellona Arsenal. Door to door shuttle service will be offered to the Show House from Bellona Arsenal Farms starting at opening time. The final shuttle leaves the Show House at closing.

​

The House, Shuttle Bus and Grounds are not accessible for visitors with limited mobility.

Scooters are prohibited.

Low heels or flats required when touring the House.

Children under 8 including infants are not allowed on house tours.

Proof of age is required for alcoholic beverages.

Pets are not allowed.​
